Have a baby? Want to try Reformer Pilates? Come along to Mums and Bubs friendly class.
These Open Level classes are suitable for beginners to advanced. We have plenty of space next to the reformer to park your pram, capsule or pop a mat down for bubs. Only restriction - your baby cannot be on the move yet (unfortunately crawling and walking babies can get their teeny fingers caught in springs, ouch!).
*Post-natal client must have clearance from their medical professional to commence exercise after birth.
Learn correct form, refine your technique, and discover how the Reformer can help you strengthen, tone, and improve flexibility and core strength over 4 weeks.
