At Oh, Hey! Pilates, our dynamic group Reformer classes are designed to improve your overall health and help you feel more stronger, confident and balanced in your body.
Each 45-minute class is purposefully programmed - starting with a warm-up, moving through functional, flowing exercises on the Reformer, and finishing with a stretch - so you get the most out of every single session.
Reformer Pilates is low impact, but still a killer workout (whoever said it was just stretching was definitely lying!). No matter where you’re starting from, you’ll be amazed at how quickly you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in your own body.
We’re open 7 days a week, with classes from 5am through to 7pm, making it easy to find a time that works for you. From mum + bub friendly sessions, to powerful strength classes, to slow restorative stretches - we’ve got something for everybody (and every body).
At Oh, Hey! Pilates, you’ll always feel supported and comfortable, no matter your age, fitness level, or experience. We’re a judgement-free zone, welcoming all body shapes and celebrating body positivity by focusing on what your body can do, not what it looks like.
