At Oh, Hey! Pilates, our dynamic classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and balanced in your body, no matter your starting point.

We offer a variety of classes to suit every body and every goal, including:

  • Reformer Pilates – flowing, functional, and low-impact yet incredibly effective.

  • Hot Mat Pilates – build strength, flexibility, and endurance in a heated, energising environment.

  • Yoga & Meditation – move mindfully, restore your body, and find calm in our guided sessions.

  • Wellness Zone – relax and recharge with our members’ lounge, two-person sauna, luxury showers, and more.

We understand that your time is precious, therefore each 45-minute class is purposely structured to target specific muscle groups, improve strength, flexibility, and overall body balance, so you get the most out of every session.

We’re open 7 days a week, with classes from 5am to 7pm, making it easy to fit Pilates, yoga, or meditation into your schedule. From Mum + Bub friendly sessions, to strength-building classes, to slow, restorative stretches, there’s something for everyone.

At Oh, Hey! Pilates, you’ll always feel supported, comfortable, and welcome. Our judgement-free studio celebrates body positivity, focusing on what your body can do, not what it looks like, no matter your age, fitness level, or experience.

Plus, don’t forget to check out our café and smoothie bar, perfect for a post-class treat with coffee, smoothies, or acai bowls!
